2020年8月，邵明博士通过Zoom参加“社会正义与人权：东方与西方”（Social Justice and Human Rights： East and West）网络国际会议，并口头发表英文论文《Individual / Social Agency and Cultural Ecological Environment》。

该会议由印度耆那大学梵文系、美国跨文化研究和学术交流机构和印度哲学与宗教协会联合举办（Department of Sanskrit Jain University, India, with Institute for Cross Cultural Studies & Academic Exchange，Society for Indian Philosophy & Religion, USA）。
